Recent works 2021/22
The theme, "The Fallen stars", continues to inspire me to explore the plant's structures and forms for further abstraction. Here I present some of the work I have been working on recently based on the plant's character / characteristics. I try not to start directly from a photograph but rather look at the character and diversity of dimensions in the plant's supervision.

The Fallen stars
After a trip to the Algarve coast in 2020, I started with a theme inspired by Portugal's fantastic nature. I found a landscape filled with overblown Agave plants, fallen and decayed, these became the origin of: The Fallen stars
